Charlotte Pass June 14th

I figured there's a thousand photos and reports from Perisher this weekend out there already so I went up to Charlottes to take a look.

Not much to say, other than the Main Range look alright and Charlottes still has a long way to go.

And I couldn't resist - just one from Perisher

Basically there isn't much snow away from the snowmaking areas, so it will still be quite a while before areas like Pretty Valley and the Interceptor and Sun Valley will open.

Thredbo were able to open High Noon over the weekend, which I think is one of the earliest openings in the past 10 years. It's a great effort, I have to say, despite some reports suggesting it was very sketchy in places.

The Frog is predicting 5cm on Thursday, Weatherzone 5 - 10cm. I hope we get another 10cm to keep building on that base.
